A compliment of Set Dressing, large format LED soft lighting, location Production gear, cost of location, and site manager / Technician are included with the set rental.

The building has two bathrooms, 100 amps of Edison power, limited heating and swamp coolers.

Optional Production suite / Hair-Makeup room / Wardrobe room and Holding areas are available upon request.
