At Aero Mock-Ups, we pride ourselves on delivering immersive, high-quality aviation environments for productions that demand authenticity. Recently, we had the exciting opportunity to bring that expertise to a major studio project—Shifting Gears, starring Tim Allen.

For this production, we transported our Service Area S3 along with 20 feet of our one-aisle Rolling set to the stages at The Walt Disney Company. Transforming our equipment for a soundstage environment required careful planning, precision logistics, and close collaboration with the production team. The goal was simple: create a seamless, believable aircraft setting that could integrate effortlessly into the world of the show.

From load-in to final setup, our team worked diligently to ensure every detail met the demands of both the production designers and directors. The flexibility of our modular aircraft allowed us to adapt quickly to the stage space while maintaining the realism that filmmakers—and audiences—expect.
